this blog is full of free downloads. the reason for this is simple: the bands want you to hear their music. that is all. however, if you have some money to spare, it would be greatly appreciated if you bought some merchandise from, or donate to the bands. I’m sure you can find every single one of these bands’ MySpace and so on, by doing a simple Google search. if not, contact me, and I’ll help you contact them. because it really is crucial that you support these artists. they are DIY artists who heavily rely on the support of people like you. how can you help? not only by listening to them, but also by supporting them financially by going to shows, purchasing records, t-shirts and whatever else they have available. if your favourite band doesn’t release their music on any physical mediums, and don’t have any non-music merchandise – you can ask them if they accept donations. they probably need them. a lot. I cannot stress this enough: SUPPORT THESE ARTISTS (if you like them). support the labels. support everyone involved in offering these wonderful project d’arts. we all need to give and take for this society to work. mutual aid – that’s punk.
